A nice compliment

Last week I installed Cobra 4 inch Slip on Muffler. I took the time to wrap the baffle with some fiberglass.

Over the weekend my neighbor stopped-by to see and hear the new addition.
\\\\\\\"That sounds better than mine!\\\\\\\" said the man who rides a Harley Davidson.

It is good to have a second opinion, especially when it agrees with yours.

Jack's O2 mod

Today I rode for the first time with Jack's O2 mod.
I am very pleased with the performance improvement.
It'll do just fine until I spend for the late$t and greate$t Fuel Controller.

Ridin' in Chicago

It was 57 here today.
I pulled off the tarp and tilted the windshield (thanks Bill, wonbyone).
Last month I made the brackets, and did the install today.
Now the 23" windshield is much lower and matches the front fork rake.
Afterwards, my one hour ride was just delicious.

Spring is just around the corner.

Right Angle Tire Valves

I'd like to install Right Angle Tire Valves. Can anyone recommend a reliable brand and source?

Thanks Mucho.

Aging Tires

My 2007 still has the original tires with 10,000 miles. There's still tread - the wear bars are not up to the surface yet.
Do I have to worry about the tire age and rubber degradation - or just wear?
There are no visible cracks or cupping and it still 'feels' rubbery...
Can I get away with one more year?

Thanks for your comments.
