1300tourer: IceBoxCharlie and a forum of brotherhood

I am posting this to say a big THANK-YOU to Ice Box Charlie, better known as "Hutch."

As some of you know, I am from Arizona, and I attended the Meet and Greet 2009 along with my bike. Met a lot of great people, made some new friends for many years to come, and rode over a thousand miles in the beautiful South. I then left my bike in my daughter's garage and flew home.

Hutch did me a huge favor today that he didn't have to do. He took off from work early today, to help a fellow rider and friend. He rode my bike and delivered it safe and sound to the shipper in Atlanta today for the return voyage home to Phoenix. His act of kindness saved me some big money, and made it possible for me to ship it home sooner than expected.

Hutch and I only met two days before the M&G, and got to know each other over chips and drinks near the Big Chicken (you Georgia people know that landmark), and then in Gatlinburg. I am glad for the people on this forum like Hutch, y'all make it feel like family.
