Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

So my preplanning for 2010 in Salida includes me spending some time in downtown Denver the weekend before the M&G for some Brewers/Rockies baseball and other general debauchery. My question is: does anyone have any local info on the Denver area? I may have a hotel selected and am wondering of the safety of the ballpark area or do I stay out of town and drive in? Any other tips and info is greatly appreciated. Attractions? Something someone HAS to do while there, you know stuff like that. Thanks. Now it's time to start saving pennies!!!
