Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

I can't afford the expensive driving lights so I bought the walmart driving lights. When i hooked them up they got really hot. I am worried that it may melt something. I attached them to the turn signals by unscrewing the bolt that holds the decorative bracket under the headlight. The wiring does not get hot and I have a 10 amp fuse and it does not blow it.
