well i just called my insurance company and they said i can,t put a car tire on my bike
so i guess that idea is out have to stick mt tires

RSTD Bars and Avon Air Cushion Grips

Last night installed the RSTD bars (using the absolutely great instructions in the how to section - actually used the one for installing 950 bars mostly) and installed the Avon Air Cushion Grips (no end weights required) ...... MAN WHAT A DIFFERENCE ..... I have the Mustang seat with the back rest and now I can just sit back and relax ..... the extra pull back puts me in an incredibly comfortable position - not sure what I could do to make it better/get more comfortable ..... the Avon grips seem to work well too ..... was only able to put about 35 miles on it since the installs so really need to go on a longer ride to fully test the new grips but right now couldn't be happier with the changes ..... highly, HIGHLY recommend changing out the bars (even if you think you are happy with the OEMs - you'll like the RSTDs better) .....

Football Season Starts Tonight: UPDATED!!!!

Just a quick note, I'll be doing the Patterson Football games again this year on the radio. If anyone wants to listen in, were streaming it on the internet as we did last year. Yes we are playing tonight, no storm stops Patterson Football. We start each week around 6:45pm with game time at 7pm. As soon as the depression went Tropical with the name Lee, the other school chickened out, saying they didn't want to drive in the rain late tonight, to dangerous for the kids. WTF! We are pi$$ed to the max, its football, there's no dangerous in football. Oh well!

Just bought this helmet from motorcyclegear.com, on sale by the way and I really like it! The drop down/slide up sun shield is very handy. It is bluetooth ready for your comm. system so there is a little extra room around your ears for speaker placement. the clear visor moves well up out of your when needed and the venting works well.

General Altimax tire

I just wanted to share my thoughts of my new General Altimax tire IT is a great riding tire only got 140 miles so far I like the way it rides better than my other darkside tire. I really want to thank Morg for info I sent a email man he knows his stuff I love reading and learning from everybody on here.

just looking for input for front tire i "m have general altamax on rear i have had bridgestone and dunlop oe with dunlop now do"nt want either one of those ,thinking of dunlop e-3 or perrille. thanks for input zbowtie
