I have a cousin coming in from Belgium later this month and he wants to rent a bike so he can ride with me. Most of the Tucson rentals are $125 a day with insurance and a $2000 deposit. Is there a rental shop with better rates? Maybe PHX? He is 21 with 3 years experience.

Hello, especially to all the lucky ones able to go to the M&G. If anyone is coming through the southern Illinois area, or relatively close, and find themselves in need, I have a trailer to haul a bike to a repair shop or whatever and will try to offer any assistance I am able to offer. I still have hopes to meet up one day at one of the events. Although I have a GW now, I still miss my 1300T very much. Just couldn't justify two bikes. You know what they say about your first love...you just don't love quite like that again. I would say that getting together with all you guys at Lake George would be a high-light of "living". i was wondering if anyone has installed a lowering kit on there v star 1300

We seem to be getting alot of new members to the site. Looking a their bios I can only see 2 of the last 25, all the rest just have the date or say page not found. Am I not doing something right?

Left Tucson yesterday up I10. Passed a 1300tourer northbound on the road that runs parallel on the east just south of Red Rock about 9:30. Nice red one following an HD.

Looked like the one I saw last year westbound on Ina at I10.

Had a good two weeks in Tucson. Always do. Back in the spring or sooner.

Where is the best place in the Phoenix area to buy motorcycle boots? I prefer locally made.

LAS VEGAS UNIONIZED BROTHELS-- A dedicated Teamsters union worker was attending a convention in Las Vegas and decided to check out the local brothels. When he got to the first one, he asked the Madam, "Is this a union house?"

At one point during a game, the coach called one of his 9-year-old baseball players aside and asked, 'Do you understand what cooperation is? What a team is?' The little boy nodded in the affirmative.

'Do you understand that what matters is whether we win or lose together as a team?' The little boy nodded 'yes'.

'So,' the coach continued, 'I'm sure you know, when an out is called, you shouldn't argue, curse, attack the umpire, or call him a pecker-head, dickhead or asshole. Do you understand all that?' The little boy nodded 'yes' again.

He continued, 'And when I take you out of the game so another boy gets a chance to play, it's not good sportsmanship to call your coach"a dumb ass or shithead" is it?' The little boy shook his head 'NO'.
