Anybody here replaced their stock handlebars, and still have them? Think thats what i need for my Roadie..
My apologies Will:
But I don't think I ever happened to mention that my brother will be riding out to Salida with me. He will be riding his H-D so I would appreciate it if you could say something to the members about expressing any kind of Harley prejudice. Deep down he is a decent guy, even if somewhat misguided.
thanks
Ron
Has anyone done this mod and used RED LED tail lights? My brother and I did this to our bikes over the week-end. we see Plenty of difference from running to braking but we can't see much brightness difference when they are flashing for a turn. We bought the LED LIGHTS at Auto Zone.

Since I couldn't ride on Saturday, Bethany and I went for a ride today. Starting at Fort Payne and Riding to Guntersville State Park, we stopped at the Town Creek Fishing Camp, The Public Beach, and rode to the Lodge where there was a wedding (I tried to steer Bethany away from that, but she wanted to see. She got that look.....) From there we drove the winding road from The State Park to Guntersville, stopped to see my mom and back to Fort Payne. All together is was only about 110 miles, but it was a really nice ride. I just hope we can go on the next ride with everyone.
During the ride, when I got it up to 55 to 65 I noticed a sound that sounded like bumble bee. I guess it was the belt, however I couldn't tell with the wind. When I pulled in the clutch, it didn't stop until we slowed to under 55mph. I was wondering if the added weight may have caused something to make it whine, it does not do this when I am alone.

Anyone uses any type of communication system between other bikers or passenger? Your input is greatly appreciated.
