Bending lexan - Help

Made some new lowers from 1/4 inch lexan, and would like to bend them a little to match shape of windshield. Heated scrap piece with heat gun and was able to bend it but anything I held it with to bend left marks. Does anyone know a way to bend it without scratching it?
