Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

I'm starting my trip on 5/22/11 from Albany NY area to Riverside CA. I know there are many experienced riders on this forum, I'd appreciate to get some last minute suggestions, advices from anyone to assist me in preparing this major attempt more rewarding.
My 2008 tourer has 13400 mile so far.
Also, If anyone interested in riding with me partway or the whole way that would be welcomed and appreciated. Just let me know.
I should be back in time for the M&G at Lake George in June.
