Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

Hey guys,

I recently purchased a Cobra Slip on Exhaust and a Corbra CVT tuner. There was some popping on deceleration with a drilled stock exhaust and air box so I figured the mods were the cause. After installing the new tuner the popping is worse. So obviously there must be an exhaust leak somewhere.

Feeling around I finally found the leak right at the O2 sensor. I tried tightening the sensor but the leak is still there. I looked at a diagram of the exhaust and there doesn't seem to be any crush washers required so I'm at a loss to figure out why the sensor would have a leak.

Any one have any suggestions?
