Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

I was just wondering if anyone is using HD lower wind deflectors with an OEM windshield that has the Quick Release setup installed?

I just don't want to order a $250 quick release kit for the OEM shield if I gotta ditch my lowers & I don't want to go with a Buck's or other plexiglass lower. I'd rather get the National Cycles Switchblade setup with their lowers if that's the case & just sell off what I got.
