Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

Just signed up today after lurking for a while. I've had my 1300 since they first came out with the '07 model. Like many of you I traded up from the V-Star 1100. Went to the local dealer for an oil filter for our 1100, turned around from the parts counter and saw my spouse sitting on the 1300. Long story short, we took a test ride and instantly fell in love with our "Ruby Rosalita". Been in love with her ever since. Glad to have found this site with so much good information about upkeep, mods, and goodies for these great bikes. Been in love with Yamahas since I bought my '83 Virago 920. I still have that bike, it still runs, and I wouldn't hesitate to hop on her and ride to anywhere I want. These Yammies are nearly bullet-proof I think. Anyway, glad to be here.
