Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

As an early xmas gift, my wife bought me a J&S jack. It said on the website that it fits our bike without any mods, but for the life of me, if I pick it up from just the frame (very front and just behind where the engine sits below the frame, it's way off center. Definitely not safe. Am I lifting it in the right spot? I even picked through the manual, but couldn't find anywhere that said "this is a lift point". I noticed on the front of the engine that there is a flat actually machined into it, but that's usually not a spot you'd want to lift anyway. I know there's something simple that stupid me is over-complicating lol
So if somebody would care to point it out, would be greatly appreciated. I love the jack and picked it out because of the stability (watch the video it's amazing). So I know that somewhere I'm doing something wrong.
