Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

Momma and I (and our HD riding buds), went on a fairly long cruise yesterday. (just over 425 miles total). All over the backroads of /around Sparta, Wi, and surrounding area.
In either case, I knew I had 39k on the bike, but didn't realize I was 'that close' to the majic 40k mark. Well, 8 miles from home, (practically in the dark), it turned 40,000 miles.................................
I've NEVER owned a bike and put THIS many miles on it. Let alone LOVED a bike as much as I love this one.

So,I woke up this morning (early), and gave it a thorough head to toe washing. While the neighbors said it looked GREAT, I still need to really give it a good detailing/wax job. (but maybe that'll have to wait till fall/put away time).TOO much good riding weather still before it's time to go into hibernation!!!
