If anyone wants to put accent lights on their bike for a very reasonable price, I highly recommend Joe Massey's light kits out of Boynton Beach, Fl. The lights are inexpensive easy to install and come with everything you need. Comes with on/off switch, lights wiring, connectors, shrink protectors for connections, easy instructions, and you can buy optional remote.

Friend did his harley with these lights and is currently doing my bike. His looks awesome. and mine is about done. We do recommend a quick soldering of the connections due to vibration but other than that a couple of hours and your bike will really light up.

The other great thing is any problem with the lights and he will replace and make it right No questions asked.

I will post pics of my bike when finished. I just received another 10 lights for mine. So will be middle of next week, before we get it done.

One other thing instructions say remove gas tank. With the VStar 1300, remove 2 bolts and it will lift enough to avoid that, saving a lot of time.
