Each July, thousands of motorcycles, from across the tri-state area and beyond, roar into Erie, Pennsylvania for the annual Roar on the Shore® (ROAR®) bike rally. 2010 marks the fourth year of what has grown into one of the premier bike events in the region. The 2010 ROAR® will be one of the most exciting events for bikers and motorcycle enthusiasts on the calendar. Last year, ROAR® attracted more than 35,000 participants. With our spectacular entertainment lineup, ROAR® 2010 will be a bigger and more spectacular event with more than 50,000 people expected to attend.

A quarter-century ago, the typical motorcycle rider was a man under 25 who would take off on his motorcycle to find freedom out on the open road. Today, owners are women and men who tend to be older and more upscale, according to the Motorcycle Industry Council. In fact, the average motorcycle owner is 38 years old (82 percent are between the ages of 30 and 60). Don’t let this valuable market go untapped!

The fourth annual ROAR® will feature many advertising and promotional possibilities for corporate sponsors and is the ideal venue for product display and increased product visibility, as well as for promotion of services.
