Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

I'm going to need new boots this year so am wondering what boots work the best. I've found that a lot of boots for ladies have a much higher heel, which is OK if you're a passenger. I'm looking for something that offers more protection on the shins (took one or two bugs & rocks on the way to Stugis last year and they hurt!), around a 1" heel AND preferable somewhat waterproof. Living the the 'WET" coast, dry feet are a must. Lots of options for the guys, not so much for ladies.
