Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

Hello all. I am a wanna be 1300 cruiser rider. I have decided to get the 1300 from all I read and found out about the bike. I am not a new rider due to riding most of my life. I went from dirt bikes to 800 intruder now a Yamaha 1300 soon. I do need some help though. I will get my bike as soon as the closing on my house is final in one to two weeks. I want a 2010 or newer due to the Bike being different handlebars seat etc... I found several in my area and something does not seem right. They are supposed to be 2010 but they are colored like the 2009. Meaning a blue one that has grey stripes on the tank but they say its a 2010. Okay is this true. Or is someone trying to sell me a 2009 not knowing what they have. Can some one please tell me where in the vin number to tell. Also how do I tell from pics the difference in the two bikes. How does the seat differ along with the bars. Can I get a good deal on a 2009 and change the seat and bars and be happy.I have learned alot by reading the forums. Thanks for all the help, please help me get my bike.
