A personal favor I would like to ask everyone:

Please take 2 minutes and 19 seconds and watch this video. It literally can mean the difference between life and death. I would also encourage you to pass it along to your friends & family... you never know... the person you send it to could be the one that ends up needing it. I can say from personal experience that not knowing proper CPR when you NEED it can be devastating.
