Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

Hi all, just traded my VStar 1100 Silverado for a 2009 Red Vstar 1300T. Only have about 160 miles on it so far. Don't like the stock windshield yet, don't know if I will get used to it or not. Hubby traded his Honda VTX1300 for the 09 1300T Blue & Silver. He took small trip and now has 600 miles, got into rain and he says the shield sucks! Of course he already ordered his RSTD bars and a fairing.
We live in the best of best riding area's Bandera, Tx. Looking forward to reading post looking for suggestions and see what has been done to these bikes.
