Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

Had Cobra slashdowns and Power commander installed back in Oct 08 recently installed my new Thunder adapter and vertical teardrop air breather I had modified the stock airbox last year and felt a little difference in power all I can say about the new breather is Holy Sh$t!throttle response is way better (not that it was bad before!) and I thought about having it remapped, I startd with a custom map because at the time there was no aftermarket breather available! My old dyno run after first mods was 79.5 hp and 89 ftlbs of torque with the new air kit I really believe it will hit the 100 fl.lb mark I have my fingers crossed! I have embarrased many larger displacement bikes and Its a rush when I tell folks its just a 1300!
I would love to hear about any other power mods my fellow Vstar riders have come up with! T all my Vstar breathren keep the shiney side up and the rubber side down and ride safe my brothers and sisters!
