Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

I'm looking at either the Metzler ME880 tire front and rear or the Avon Cobra Venom model front and rear.

My question is: Is the Avon venom MT90HB16 the same size as a 130/90/16 for the front. I have no idea how to read this type of tire.

Also which would yall recommend, the Metzler or Avon, in terms of performance and tread life.
