Yamaha 1300 Tourer - Yamaha 1300 Tourer Fansite

I have a question about the exhaust on my bike, I don't know any history on the bike. It has V&H 2-1, do you have to add a power commander or could the set-up be stock? What would I look for if it has a power commander? What is the difference in appearance? I have only ridden this bike once after purchase as a test ride, it is not on the road yet, not till spring.
